So says Silvia Lionello who has joined The Brite Band Company Limited at Cullingworth, near Haworth, in a pan European Customer Service/Liaison role.

Brite Band processes and supplies stainless steel coil to a variety of high technology industries including the automotive, petrochemical and spring manufacturing sectors.

The company, which has grown six-fold since opening in 1990, now supplies steel coil throughout Europe, the United States and even China. Silvia (28) actually speaks near perfect English, along with her native Italian and German languages.

And to say that Silvia is football-crazy would be an understatement. She’s absolutely potty about the game and plays for SV Klausen – a ladies football team in her home town of Chiusa, Italy.

Silvia plays the role of midfield sweeper in the team which, says Brite Band’s Project Director Russell Thomas, is pretty much what she will be doing throughout Europe for the company and its growing customer base!
